The per-person price
HibachiPassion charges $60 per adult for any two proteins (chicken, shrimp, steak, salmon, scallops or tofu) and $70 per adult for the chicken, shrimp and steak trio. Kids under 12 are $30 with one protein. Every plate includes salad, mixed vegetables and hibachi fried rice.
The $500 party minimum
Because the chef, grill and travel cost the same whether you have 5 or 25 guests, every party has a $500 food minimum. Eight adults on the two-protein dinner is $480 — just under the minimum — so you'd pay $500. Nine adults (540) clears it.
