Short answer: Invite 10+ guests to clear the $500 minimum, seat the birthday star front and center, book a 5–7pm slot, and let the chef handle the fire, food and fun.
Kids' birthday (ages 6–12)
Kids go wild for the onion volcano and the shrimp toss. Kids under 12 are $30 each with one protein, so a class party of 12 kids plus 6 parents easily clears the $500 minimum. Schedule an earlier slot like 4:00 or 5:00 pm.
Sweet 16 and teen parties
Teens love a show they can film. Add string lights, a U-shaped table and an evening start time for the best fire shots.
Milestone adult birthdays
For a 30th, 40th or 50th, go with the three-protein dinner and add filet mignon or lobster tail upgrades. Pair with sake or cocktails and book our table & chair rental for a polished dinner-party look.
Graduation open houses
For 30+ guests who come and go, our $35/person buffet tray (chicken, shrimp, steak, vegetables, fried rice) keeps everyone fed. For a sit-down show with 30+ guests, book two chefs by making two reservations at the same time.
Little touches that make it special
- Seat the guest of honor directly in front of the grill
- Tell the chef the birthday name in advance
- Bring out the cake right after the show
