A short highlight reel from HibachiPassion events: evening fire shows, the chef at the grill, long family tables and the classic onion volcano. Every party is cooked live on a propane teppanyaki grill that our chef brings to your home in Columbus, Lewis Center, Powell or anywhere in Central Ohio.

What happens during the show

• Grill warm-up and utensil tricks as guests take their seats
• Fried rice cooked first — often with an egg trick or a rice heart
• Vegetables, then proteins cooked to order for each guest
• The onion volcano, flaming grill and shrimp toss along the way
